House Rules

【Check-in & Check-out】
Check-out time is 3:00 PM - 0:00 AM. 15:00～24:00 となっております。
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Please note that our property is not staffed at all times.
Please use the check-in tablet at the front desk to complete your self-check-in.
When checking out, please leave your capsule bed key card inserted in the card holder, open the door, and leave.
Automatic check-out occurs after 10:00.
Late check-out is available at a rate of 1,000 yen per hour.

【About Cleaning Services】
Guests staying multiple nights who wish to have their room cleaned are requested to notify us via message by the day before the desired cleaning date and complete the payment of the 500-yen cleaning fee.

【About Laundry】
We do not have washing machines or dryers on the premises, so please use a nearby laundromat.

【Regarding Valuables】
We cannot accept responsibility for theft or loss.
Please either lock away your valuables in the storage compartment within the bed or keep them with you at all times.

【About Room Temperature】

We manage the indoor temperature to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.
Please note that we cannot accommodate individual requests to adjust the temperature.

【Guidelines for Use】

The following actions are prohibited.

・Please be aware that if any furnishings or facilities within the premises are significantly soiled or damaged during your stay, you may be required to cover the actual costs for cleaning, repair, or replacement.
・Use by organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, associates of organized crime groups, or other anti-social forces.
・Use of prohibited drugs.
・Using the facility while heavily intoxicated.
・Taking photos or videos that capture other guests or their beds.
・Persistently accosting or following other customers.
・Entering the bed floor area while emitting a strong odor or being heavily soiled.
・Making mobile phone calls in the bed area.
（Please set your mobile phone to silent mode. Kindly make calls outside of the patient room floors, such as in the lobby or outdoors.）
・Eating or drinking in the bed area.
（Please use the terrace or lounge area.）
・Entering the bed area wearing outdoor shoes.
・Acts that soil or damage the bed or bedding.
・Use of restrooms and shower rooms designated for the opposite sex.
・Entry into the building or bringing in guests by non-registered individuals.
（We also do not permit two or more people to enter the bed.）
・Conduct that significantly disturbs the sleep of other guests, such as making noise.
・Sharing the PIN with a third party.
・Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the staff for the operation of the facility.

Please note that we may refuse your stay if you violate the prohibitions listed above.

【About Parking】

We do not have a parking lot at this facility.
Please use the nearby paid or free parking lots.
